Piramal Realty is the real estate development arm of the Piramal Group, founded in 2012 under Anand Piramal. The Piramal Group itself is a multi-sector Indian conglomerate with interests in pharmaceuticals, financial services, glass packaging and real estate, with roots in textiles going back to the 1930s — and a long-standing land bank in central and south Mumbai from that textile era.

At Piramal Aranya, that approach translates into a consultant roster more typical of an international development than a Mumbai one. Crucially, two of the three towers are already delivered and a third has its Occupancy Certificate — so the design intent is visible on site rather than only on paper.

Piramal Aranya is developed through the project entity Glider Buildcon Realtors Private Limited. Construction finance for the project has been associated with HDFC Ltd., escrow banking for the Ahan II phase is with HDFC Bank, and the project land is mortgaged to ICICI Bank Limited — with a no-objection certificate obtained for individual unit sales as required.
